I purchased the 7UP 2-Liter bottles at Stop & Shop however you can also find 7UP at your local Giant Landover and Giant Carlisle. I also picked up these cool mason jar glasses with handles and made a smaller version, perfect for an after dinner drink! I added more cherries to the top along with an orange slice and a pretty paper straw. Next add two-three teaspoons of grenadine and stir well. Add a shot of vodka and a shot of peachtree then fill with 7UP. Place about 6 cherries in each glass then fill 1/2 way with ice. Wet the rim a little bit and swirl it in the red sugar. If you are going to sugar the rim place the Mason jar in the freezer for 30 minutes prior to serving. Here is the finished product and then we’ll go over how I made it. I thought it would be fun to take a childhood favorite mocktail and turn it into a grown up cocktail! My sister and I had quite the collection of paper umbrellas at one point. I can still remember how great it felt when that little glass filled with cherries and, of course, a paper umbrella- was placed in front of me.
